How do I see mentions of my brand and competitor brands?⌄
Every scan lists how many answers mention your brand, your average position in recommendation lists, and the competitor brands surfacing in AI answers. The Competitor Radar visualizes who AIs recommend instead of you and the gap between you.
What are URL citations?⌄
They're the web pages AIs cite as sources when answering. FoundGeo analyzes which of your pages AIs treat as authority — earning citations is the core of GEO.
What AI LLMs does FoundGeo work with?⌄
ChatGPT (OpenAI), Claude (Anthropic), Gemini (Google), Perplexity, Grok (xAI), DeepSeek and Mistral. We add new models as they launch.
Can I use FoundGeo to improve my traffic from AI search platforms?⌄
Absolutely. The Decision Engine report gives prioritized, concrete steps in a "do these and AI will recognize and recommend you" format. Brands that apply them appear more often and higher in AI answers.
Billing
Is there a free trial?⌄
Yes. You can try the PRO plan free for 7 days. We take your card at the start of the trial but you're not charged for the first 7 days; cancel before the trial ends and you pay nothing.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?⌄
Yes. Cancel in one click from the Billing section inside your dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the period and you keep access until then. No commitment.
Team & Account
Can I invite my team members?⌄
Yes. Up to 10 members on Pro and unlimited on GEO Elite. Team members can view scans and reports from a shared dashboard.
Can I delete my account?⌄
Yes. You can request deletion of your account and all your data from the Billing / account section.
